Monthly Pre Natal Classes specific for Mamma's to be!


Saturday 15th April 2021 - 2:00pm - 3:30pm

We welcome you to join us and be lead by Caity for an hour and half pre natal specific yoga class.

During your practice you will be given time to relax and connect to your baby, connect with other Mum's to be, taught modifications to use during generic yoga classes whether it be at home or in studio to keep you and bub safe and comfortable.

Explore different breathing techniques, and enjoy ultimate relaxation with yoga props and gentle massage.

You will leave feeling relaxed and empowered to continue yoga during your pregnancy.

My passion for yoga flourished when I went travelling in 2015, living and working overseas and attending many international yoga retreat centres and delving deep into a new world of self discovery. I completed my 200hr YTT in 2019 at Essence of Living academy on the Gold Coast. I have used yoga as a tool to calm my mind, nourish my body and ignite my spirit.

I fell even more in love with yoga when I fell pregnant in 2018, leaning on yoga to support my body, but even more so, to support my mind during my pregnancy. I found it was the perfect place to connect with my baby on a deeper level and really nourish that connection.

That is what I hope to share with all of you beautiful YogaFix mummas-to-be, knowledge to empower your journey, how to practice safe yoga during pregnancy, and most importantly connecting with you bodies and babies in a new and special way!

I have also been a practicing physiotherapist for 8 years, so my yoga teaching is complimented by extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, women’s health and medical conditions.

I can’t wait to meet you all at these beautiful holistic pregnancy workshops! Also a great opportunity to meet other mums to be to share this special journey.
