Pre Natal Yoga
We are currently not taking on any pre-natal clients at Yoga Fix Mackay.
Yoga is just like any other exercise and when newly pregnant, the general rule is, if you haven't been doing it before conception, then best not to start anything new for your body whilst pregnant.
There are some classes that are OKAY for pre-natal women to do, but specific modifications must be made to ensure you and bub are safe whilst doing your yoga.
We currently do not have anyone trained in our pre natal program but in early 2020 Liz will be up-skilling her training so that we can offer this again asap!

If you are new to yoga altogether, please practice some patience while we organise our 2020 program for you.
